Yes. For the "Construction Material" portion of your invoice, we provide scanned copies or digital photos of supplier invoices. You can verify that we paid the market price, not an inflated one.
Transparently. We charge a fixed Project Management fee (usually 10-15% depending on size) for our services. We also charge a fixed supervision fee. Material costs and labor costs are passed through to you at actual rates.
